The staff was super friendly and accommodating, offering us wake-up calls and ironing free of charge. The location in Bangkok was particularly good and easy, so close to the malls as well as Bangkok. It was very close to the sky train, making it convenient for us.

This place is really clean and the staff is very friendly, the beds are super comfortable, and the room has been recently renovated and spotlessly clean with smoke detectors for safety.

The room was a nice size, with great decor and a safe, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar for our comfort. Distance to the airport was just 19 miles

Had 1 night in Bangkok, spending our time here lovely. the location in an awesome area was great and decent. - the fact that Thong Lo tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

I gotta say, the value for money at Karaarom was really impressive. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a stylish design that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect too, close to everything but tucked away in a quiet spot. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making my stay even better.

Menu for breakfast could have had a bit more variety.
